I had my 18 week checkup today.
Good news: The baby's heartbeat was great and my weight gain has been a total of 8 pounds so far. Much better than what I thought it would be.
Bad news: My OB/GYN is moving to West Phoenix and will no longer be caring for me unless I decide to follow her out there. Not gonna happen. Although I really love Dr. BP, I'm not too keen on the idea of driving out to a Phoenix hospital to deliver my baby, let alone for appointments. So, I'm now looking for new doctors. Any suggestions ladies? I'm really hoping to find one affiliated with the new hospital on Higley & 60, but of course a good referral and positive research will be the deciding factors. You can cross of Drs. Linnerson, Butler-Poku, and Huish from your list. Who have y'all seen and liked?

Well, I have a few more you can cross off your list! I have been seeing Dr. Watters for about 9 yrs, 3 surgeries, nearly 2 pregnancies, and lots of crap! He is GREAT. I think he only goes out of Chandler Hosp now, but that's where I've had all surgeries and delivered Bradon (it's great too). I've seen MANY!! doctors over the yrs. for my problems and I can't say enough good stuff about him. I've referred lots of people to him too. Go to www.womenshealtharizona.com to check out more...

BTW...8 pounds? U SUCK! I gained 8 pounds every 2 weeks when I was prego. That's awewsome though. The less you have to lose after the better. I still have not lost Todd weight. Yeah, the kid's 4 years old!
Dr. Craig Seal is a great Dr. he is on Baseline in between the 101 and McKlintock. He is a fertility and high risk pregnancy Doctor. He is a great Doctor very interesting personality that you'll either love or think odd
